If it's opened, forget it. If it's sealed and not faulty, sometimes they'll do store credit but usually only if it's within like 14 days.

Are the vineyard tours actually good? Partnered ones usually mean less personal experience.

I did the one in Kent through them and it was brilliant. The vineyard itself runs it, Grape Britannia just handles the booking part.
